The Wellness portal is where you can enter, track, and manage your points activities. You can also find your biometric screening results, and take your wellness assessment.
Find an in-network provider. When you receive services from an in-network provider, your services will be processed as in-network and apply to your in-network deductible and out-of-pocket maximum responsibility. You are responsible for copays at the time of service.
File your medical, dental, or vision claims here. File your prescription drug claims through the Prescriptions Management portal.
The claims management member services portal is where you can check your claim status for medical, dental, and vision claims, review your benefits, view your electronic ID card, and order an ID card.
Through the prescriptions portal, you can order your prescriptions online, find a local pharmacy, file a presecription claim, see the status of your order, search medication information, and more.
You will need your member ID in order to register. See your HR
if you don’t have one yet. Members and spouses each need their own account with different emails. Dependents should not try to register. Once registered, log in and click on Wellness Portal.
After registering, log in and go to the Wellness Portal. Click on your name in the top right-hand side of the screen and fill in your information and email to complete your profile.
As an Accelerate Plan member, you (and your covered
spouse if applicable), must each earn 200 points to be eligible for the Accelerate Plan the following year. 80 of those points come from wellness activities logged in the Wellness Portal. Start earning your activity points by entering them in your Wellness Portal.
60 of your eligibility points come from completing your biometric screening. Schedule your screening during the biometric screening campaign held by your employer. Otherwise, you can schedule an appointment with your physician or LabCorp. Contact your human resources department for more information about how to schedule for your area.
60 of your eligibility points are earned through completing your Wellness Assessment. This secure online personal health questionnaire helps you learn what you’re doing right, track your progress, and set health goals. The Wellness Assessment will be available in the Wellness Portal after the first of the year.
