WebTPA is your member services and claims management provider for all member health services, including medical, dental, and vision. In the WebTPA Claims Status Member Services portal, you can:
- Submit Your Member Paid Medical, Dental, Vision or Alternative Therapy Claims Online
- View Claim Status and History Information (Explanation of Benefits)
- View Eligibility Information
- Print a Temporary ID Card and/or Order a New ID card
