You are responsible for copays at the time of service.The claims status member services portal is where you can check your claim status for medical, dental, and vision claims, review your benefits, view your electronic ID card, and order an ID card.Through the prescriptions portal, you can order your prescriptions online, find a local pharmacy, file a prescription claim, see the status of your order, search medication information, and more.The Benefits Management portal is where you will select and manage your employment benefits, including healthcare, employer-provided primary benefits, and voluntary benefits.
Critical Illness benefit is available if offered by your employer to employees within the North American Division working a minimum of 19 hours per week. Check with your employer if this prodect is available to you.
If eligible, you can purchase coverage amounts at $10,000 or $20,000 amounts. Critical Illness benefit can provide a lump-sum benefit upon diagnosis that can be used however you choose – from expenses related to treatment, deductibles or day-to-day costs of living.

Can I keep this insurance if I leave my employer or am no longer employed?
Yes, you can take this coverage with you. Coverage may be continued for you and your dependent(s) under a group portability policy. Your spouse may also continue insurance in certain circumstances.
